3 small cans of sardines (about 9oz). Made sure they were not packed in soybean or canola oil.
1 cod liver oil cap
16 raw almonds
1 banana
2oz 72% pure dark chocolate

830pm-
1 banana

10pm-
about 12oz of steak
one 1/2 huge avocado
giant baked potato with sour cream and butter
one whole steamed artichoke with lemon and butter

dry, red wine
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil cap
2000iu vitamin D

1130pm-
3 ZMA caps
3mg melatonin
