about 1.5lbs of baked chicken thighs with a dry rub

huge bunch of steamed spinach with about 3tbsp kerrygold butter and 1/2 a lemon with himalayan salt

3000mg fish oil

1130pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
