1.5 scoop TSN Cardio Igniter

10pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

1 can of smoked oysters packed in water (lucky to find them not packed in cottonseed oil)

huge spinach salad with 3 thin chicken breasts, a whole avocado, red cabbage, and red onion with my homemade dressing

large baked sweet potato with Kerrygold butter and grassfed cheese

red wine

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D
