Gigantic shrimp salad: About 120z of shrimp sauteed with kosher salt, pepper, granulated garlic, red pepper flake and a whole lemon squeezed on top. Just a little canola oil in the pan.

The rest of the salad was just a bunch of baby spinach, red onion and a bunch of fresh parmesean cheese grated over it, with Ceasar dressing.
Toped it off with 1 whole broccoli crown.
2000mg fish oil
3 mg melatonin

About 11pm I will take 3 ZMA capsules

Gotchya! You know...I never really feel totally comfy with how much protein/carbs I'm consuming post workout...There's too much conflicting info out there. It's mentally exhausting.

Because it tastes good! But, also it is not that big a deal. The sugar in the banana is plenty. Nothing is driven into muscles. Glycogen is stored in the liver. Whether or not it gets their fast or slow really isn't that big a deal, and you can overdo it. I actually think I needed quite a bit more protein in there too.

Ok, because cinnamon is good for helping to reduce an insuline spike after consuming sugars/simple carbs, why would you want it in your post-workout shake? You want the insuline spike after a hard workout to drive everything into your muscles.

And the shrimp salad sounds awesome.
