TODAY'S TRAINING:

5PM-

Not much time today, so I alternated 24kg kettlebell snatches and Taekwon-Do hyungs: 5 hyungs and 100 snatches total. 

1,900 snatches left.

730PM-

Had a few minutes tonight, and was feeling a little drained from all the high reps and low resistance lately. Hit some sumo-deadlifts for singles up to 495#, which I repeated for 3 X 1. These felt really good and afterwards I felt stronger and totally recharged. 

NUTRITION:

630am-

200mg caffeine

1300mg Korean ginseng

7am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

jerky and raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

3 eggs fried in coconut oil

6 strips of bacon

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

800mg Siberian ginseng

4pm-

2 scoops Jack3D

1015pm-

"Paleo" pizza.

Ok, so not really sure if this was good paleo or not. If it wasn't, I sure don't want to know. Stacey made a gluten free pizza and left it in the fridge for me. It was amazing. She assured me it was paleo-friendly. I'm taking her word for it for now. She is on-duty tonight, so I will have to thank her tomorrow. 

With the pizza, I had:

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 whole huge broccoli crown 

bowl filled with blackberries and raspberries

red wine

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil

1050mg milk thistle 

About 12pm, I will hit the ZMA and melatonin with some roobios tea.
