Almost exact copy of yesterday's workout

9AM-
218 24KG KETTLEBELL SNATCHES
(50 reps warm up, then 3, 4-minute Tabata sets at 56 reps each). 

I gotta say, I still had a good pump an hour later. There is something to this...

It seems way easier than the feeling later on would indicate. Going to keep at this for a few more weeks and see what happens.

TAEKWON-DO: 16 HYUNGS

7am-

300mg caffeine

1300mg Korean ginseng

 

950am-(postworkout)

2 scoops Aftershock

 

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

800mg Siberian ginseng

3 eggs fried in coconut oil

4oz of leftover steak

3 strips of bacon

handful of blackberries

4000iu fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

 

4pm-

2 scoops Jack3D

 

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of grilled salmon

huge spinach salad, with tons of misc. nuts and vegetables

big plate of white rice

24oz of Beck's! (Can't very well turn down a gift of German beer from a German...Thank you Michaela Schulte!)

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

1050mg milk thistle

 

About 1130 I will hit the ZMA and melatonin.
