TAEKWON-DO HYUNG SET AND INSTRUCTION AT STUDENT TEST
NUTRITION:
Pretty simple.
Had some Wired4 pre workout and 3 MCT oil caps about 11am, then planned cheat meal with Stacey about 330pm. We hit Winger's and ate a whole bunch of wings and I had a chicken club sandwich on a lettuce wrap. Didn't avoid a huge plate of fries with it and washed it down with Bug Light. Like I said, this was one planned cheat meal for the week. This was the only meal of the day. I made sure to take 4000mg fish oil along and took it with it.
