10pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

about 12oz of grilled grassfed sirloin

huge salad with spinach, red cabbage, avocado, red onion, gorgonzola cheese and homemade dressing

large baked potato with tons of Kerrygold butter, grated romano cheese and red pepper flake

3000mg fish oil

12am-

4 ZMA caps
