3 MCT oil caps

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 12oz of leftover flat iron steak

3000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

5pm - preworkout

300mg caffeine

645pm- postworkout

2 scoops Aftershock

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

1.5 glasses of pino noir 

2 grass-fed beef hamburgers. no bun.

bunch of grilled zucchini with a bunch of spices

pan cooked asparagus spears with tons of kerrygold butter, lemon, and sea salt

grilled yellow onion 

3000mg fish oil

500mg turmeric and curcumin 

11pm-
