Finishing the week out with an easy session. This was day 6, and training session #9 for the week, so I didn't push things. Just finished out strong and easy.
NUTRITION:
Not going to use myfitnesspal today. Went out for dinner and there is no way to log everything.

1 tbsp. coconut oil
3 organic chicken sausages
about 1/2 cup of blueberries
4000mg fish oil
5000iu vitamin D
8pm-
Went to Tucano's for dinner. Huge meat fest with lots of salad to start with. This place does not have to be a nutritional disaster. The only downside is the meat quality versus something local and grassfed, but that is something you have to accept when eating out. The salad bar can also be a minefield. I pretty much avoid all commercial salad dressings, so vinegar and olive oil are about it.
