1 whole avocado with lime, salt and pepper

5-egg omelette with just a little cheese and a few herbs

4pm-

2 scoops Jack3D

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

red wine

big chunk of broiled salmon

huge salad with homemade dressing

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
