4 MIXED TABATA ROUNDS WITH DOUBLE 1/2 SNATCH AND HINDU PUSHUPS. INDIAN CLUBS AFTERWARDS.

16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS.

NUTRITION:

Fasted all day, pretty much every day until about 9 or 10pm. A little aminos and almonds after workouts, but that is about it.

huge chunk of grassfed beef pot roast, 2 large baked potatoes with butter and sour cream
