1 tbsp coconut oil

jerky and almonds

cod liver oil

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 6oz of leftover grilled wild salmon

3 huge eggs fried in coconut oil. Local small farm raised. Can't explain how much better these are than anything from the store.
