12pm-
One serving of strawberry Syntha6 protein powder (23gr protein and 13gr carbs)
About 5 dried apricots
10 raw almonds
(Haven't had Syntha6 in a long time because of the additives and stuff in it, and because it has dairy. Stacey insisted on getting this because she is sick of Carnivore and wanted a change. I snagged a little of it for post workout. Yes, it tastes just as good as I remember. Might use this for postworkout only.)

230pm-
About 6oz of leftover steak
3 eggs fried in coconut oil
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

10pm-
NorCal margarita!
One whole small avocado with lime, salt and pepper
Tacos made with ground bison and organic corn tortillas, with avocado slices and fresh salsa.
The only real cheat here was a few handfuls of some corn tortilla chips.
2400mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

12am-
3mg melatonin
3 ZMA capsules

Yes, I was weak and got a bag of tortilla chips at the store. Stacey called and said there wasn't any grassfed ground beef thawed for tacos, so I had to hit the store on the way home. I could probably have polished off an entire bag of tortilla chips, since I hadn't eaten in eight hours, but knowing this, I made sure to slowly eat a whole avocado with lime first, and wait about 10 minutes.

This is extremely satisfying, and I kept the corn intake down cause by the time I allowed myself it eat any chips, I only wanted a few.

I am not watching calories, but I just don't like to get all the gluten and nasty oils they make these chips in.

Grabbed the ground bison because the ground beef there just gave me the creeps, and supposedly this stuff was organic.
