2 huge grassfed beef hamburgers. (Both were open-faced on top of a portabello mushroom. One of them was a double burger with some pepperjack cheese stacked in there. Topped it off with a decent BBQ sauce made with molasses and no corn syrup

huge plate of steamed broccoli with tons of grassfed, organic butter melted on it and lemon pepper seasoning
