12 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS: MAX EFFORT.

Played with some barbell front squats until I realized I was being dumb and just asking for injury after my 9th training session for the week.

75yd (+/-) hill sprints in the snow 10X. All out max effort.

4 TAEKWON -DO HYUNGS: 4 X 50 KICKING DRILLS.

100 PULLUPS

100 RING DIPS

100 DOUBLE KETTLEBELL FRONT SQUATS (24KG). Light weight, but worked on full ROM. These are more about that that the strength. Trying to keep the leg size from getting any bigger. It seems like if I even think about gaining size my legs grow.

whole bunch of leftover roast chicken (picked up the whole thing and picked off whatever was left)

2 roma tomatoes with kosher salt and pepper

2 Hydroxycut Harcore caps

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

5 strips of bacon

about 10oz of round steak pan-fried in the bacon grease with red pepper flake, kosher salt, and pepper. (not the best cut, but the bacon grease made it good. Again, local, grass-fed stuff...so even though not a T-bone, it was still better than anything you could get at a local restaurant. 

huge salad with homemade dressing and lots of spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
