1 tbsp coconut oil

 25gr Carnivore protein w/ 1 tsb cinnamon 

handful of almonds

200mg chromium picolinate (been taking this 1x per day since 02/01)

145pm

1 tbsp coconut oil

leftover hamburger patty (about 8oz) from last night,made into the ultimate hamburger, with porabella mushoom in place of a bun, 2 fried eggs and a slice of pepperjack cheese

fish oil

cod liver oil

4pm-

2 Hydroxycut Hardcore caps

945pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge grilled steak

whole mixing bowl of salad with a whole large avocado, whole tomato, whole large broccoli crown and bleu cheese dressing

(Yes, the bleu cheese and the earlier pepperjack cheese are not paleo).

500mg milk thistle 

About 1130 I will hit the Zn, Mg, B6, and melatonin

You'll have to look it up. There are really too many to list. I use it mainly as a source of extra fat in the diet.
