3 huge slices of cottage bacon 

4 eggs fried in the leftover bacon grease

1 tbsp coconut oil

6 strips of regular bacon

gigantic chicken breast pan fried in the bacon grease with some spicy Szechuan sauce (gluten free, and pretty paleo friendly)

huge spinach salad with tons of avocado, more crispy sliced bacon, red onion and raw sunflower seeds. The only real departure here was a little bleu cheese dressing on it.
