TAEKWON-DO BASIC TECHNIQUE, INCUDING 4 TABATA DRILLS (520 COUNTABLE REPS)

No Hyungs today, which actually made this an "easy" day, despite 4 Tabata rounds. Nothing is as demanding as a hard set of hyungs at max effort. The key is being disciplined enough to put everything in them and do each technique as strictly as possible.
