Lunch-
Turkey burger wrapped in lettuce with tomatoe with ketchup
10 french fries from my kids' meal ( only 10 for me is a BIG deal. I have a huge love/hate relationship with fries)
Snack-
1 tbs. peanut butter
Dinner-
Apple post workout
Handful of almonds
I know......not the best dinner but I really wasn't all that hungry!
WORKOUT:
7 rounds of 7 reps double squats 1st round with 44's rest with 35's
7 rounds of 7 reps double presses with 26 supersetted with pull-ups some on pull-up bar some assisted.
