7:00am

8oz skim milk with 1 scoop of whey protein powder

7:30am

16oz coffee with creamer

10:00am


8oz coffee w/creamer

Noon


1/2 avocado

1 small chicken enchilada left over from dinner

1/2c Greek yogurt w/1/4 c frozen berries, 1tsp truvia, 1 tbs cinnamon

 1:00pm-2:00pm

1 can (11.5 oz) V8

4:00pm

15 almonds

9:00pm


8oz skim milk with 1 scoop whey protein powder

How are your energy levels during the day? Are you full & comfortable all day?
