Boise Kettlebell Lifting

Let me begin by saying....it was one of those days!

 

Workout:

5 min LCJ R hand 62 reps

5 min LCJ L hand 6? reps ( I forgot)

Needing to really work on my lockout as some of those reps would be a no count. And I didn't come this far to have any no counts

I was tired today so I just did some stretching/flexibility presses with the 26

 

Food:

Breakfast-

Left over egg mix and 3 turkey saus

 

Lunch-

Alright, here's where the day goes downhill. I let my girls convince me to take them to McDonalds. Never a good thing..

Cheeseburger without one of the buns

Fries, probably the equivalent of a small

And yes a large Sweet Tea

 

Snack-

A handful of almonds

Air-popped popcorn  again not the best choice

3 Taffys  (at least it satisfied the sweet tooth I was having)

Dinner-

Taco Salad but this time I did have about 10 doritos, romaine lettuce, ground beef mixed with zucc and onion, cheese, avocado, tom, and ketchup

1/2 ear of corn on the cob

 

All I can say is  TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY!

You are doing great, and one of these days every once in awhile helps keep in perspective the good days.  And if this is a bad day you are doing fabulously my dear :).

Yes, tomorrow is another day and you'll be back on top of your game! You have been doing awesome with your nutrition. Don't let one day get you down! =)
