Breakfast:

2 eggs

3 turk saus

coffee

 

handful of almonds

 

Lunch:

1 amylou chicken patty

broc/caulif.

 

A very sweet lady who is a baker brought in homeade eclairs to the office today. I had about 1/4 of one of them. Actually very proud of myself that I didn't have more. They were sinfully delicious!

 

WORKOUT:
10 sets of 10 double kb squats on the minute

10 sets of 10 elevated sumo deadlifts

Grrrr.....that's all I'm going to say about that!

 

Dinner:

2 eggs

about 3 slices of bacon

 

did have 3 little Valentine choc candies

Great job Pam! As far as those squats and deadlifts...just think of all the great things they are doing for your bum! ;)
