Boise Kettlebell Lifting

Since I am taking it easy on the running I went on a brisk 20 min walk this morning

 

Breakfast:

2 eggs

3 turk saus

 

WORKOUT:
practiced long cycle clean and jerk

 

Lunch:

1 Amylou chicken patty

Roasted caul., broc. and garlic

 

Was out and about this afternoon and was getting a little hungry. Had some trail mix in my purse. Had 2 handfuls. Not the best choice but better than others.

 

Dinner:

chicken fajiats w/ green peppers and onions

had a small amount of cheddar cheese

1/4 cup of salsa

That trail mix kept you from eating something possibly way worse. So I'd say it was a good choice. =)
