11/7/10 Workout

8 Ladders 1-3 reps: 480 swings with 35lb KB presses with 26lb and 35lb, went lighter on the weight today because I messed up my back a little yesterday.

11/4/10 Workout

6 Ladders 1-3 reps: 360 swings with 44lb KB 36 presses 20 presses with 35lb rest with 26lb KB! That's right makin the 35lb KB my B*@%&*!

11/2/10 Workout

4 Ladders 1-3 reps: 240 swings with 44lb KB, 24 presses 8 of those with 35lb KB, rest with 26lb KB. (Had to start over on ladders because my Halloween week with 2 kids, 3 parties, costume finding, treat making, carving pumpkins, and trick-or-treating, I had no time to even sleep) Oh, also ran for 400yds.
