9/30/10 Workout

Thanks for this one Coach! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 Swings with 44lb KB and Burpees. ( so 1 swing 1 burpee, 2 swings, 2 burpees, etc etc.) Brutal but only took 30min.

9/28/10 Workout

20 mins of TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB. 300 swings with 26lb (1-arm and H2H) and 44lb. 2000 done for the week. Yay! :)

20 mins of TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB. 400 swings, 100 1-arm swings with 26lb KB (50L/50R) 100 H2H swings with 26lb KB, 100 swings with 35lb KB and 100 swings with 44lb KB.

15 mins of TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB. 400 swings with 26lb (1-arm and H2H), 35lb, and 44lb KB. 1500 done for the week. 400 swings 3 days in a row, I'm a little tired. Might take tomorrow off, got 2000 to go for next week!

I like to call these workouts quick and painful. Max rounds in 20mins: 4 Burpees, 12 Swings, 1 TGU. 8 Rounds completed. TGUs with 35lb KB and swings with 44lb KB

9/14/10 workout

All I had time for today was 200 swings. 100 hand to hand with the 26lb KB and 100 swings with 35lb KB. (Starting over with my 1500 for the week since I got sick) I will get 1000 done in 2 days, no matter what!

1 TGU 100 swings, 2 TGUs 80 swings, 3 TGUs 60 swings, 4 TGUs 30 swings. TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB, swings with 35lb KB. 770 swings out of 1500 done for the week.

1 TGU ea side, 100 swings, 2 TGUs ea side 75 swings, 3 TGUs ea side, 50 swings, 4 TGUs ea side, 25 swings. TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB, swings with 35lb and 44lb.15-20 swings on the minute. 250 swings out of 1500 done for the week, long way to go.........
