8/26 OMG!!!! warmup was TGU, snatches, goblet squats, cleans, one arm swings followed by a fun 30 minutes of FUN!! total of 100 burpee pullups... again OMG!!!

150 of 200 pullups complete this week..

8/20 TRASHED MY HAND SO I HAD FUN WITH OTHER EXCERSICES.. 50 TIRE JUMPS, 50 RING ROWS, 50 SQUATS, 50 PUSHUPS, 50 KNEES TO ELBOWS, 50 JERKS AND 50 SWINGS

TOOK THE WEEKED OFF FOR CAMPING.. HOWEVER I DID COMPLETE MY SECOND WEEK OF PULLUPS.. YES I AM A WEEK BEHIND..

8/8 TGU's FOR 5 MIN WORKED ON SNATCHES, JERKS AND CLEANS 1 MIN EACH ARM AND REST 90 SEC.. SNATCHES DONE AT 16 RPM JERKS AND CLEANS 12RPM.. DID 3 CYCLES OF EACH EXCERCISE..

8/9 BACK WAS REALLY TIGHT THIS MORNING,... USED IT AS AN EXCUSE TO NOT GO IN TODAY...
