Lunch:Tilapia Fillet with shredded cabbage, lime juice, Greek dressing

Dinner: cup scrambled eggs and sausage

A couple of Hershey's Kisses (we were putting together gifts for Olivia's teachers)

Dinner; 1/2 cup of bbq chicken

50 swings (70 lb.) kicked my butt

45 swing (44 lb.)

50 swings (62 lb.)

120 Hindu squats

120 reg. squats

TGU only got in 5 tonight

OK! This is my first post....hopefully I am doing this correctly!

Work-out:

25 body-weight squats

50 Hindu squats

50 swings w/44 lb.

20 one arm swings (trying to practice the catch and release kind)

Breakfast: 2 slices of gluten-free bread toast

2 scoops of Jacked

Lunch:1/2 Parmesean Chicken breast, pasta

Snack: Almonds

Dinner:1 Tilapia fillet
