4 rounds of:

35lb. double kettlebell squats

5 pull-ups

5 presses w/35lb.

10 swings w/70 lb.

About 15 min. of practicing jerk....2 min. sets of presses.

Breakfast

1 egg, cheese, sausage muffin cup

1 cup coffee

Lunch

bowl of oatmeal w/raisins,walnuts, dates

Dinner

Meatball Sub 6 inch.

Handful of Boysenberries
