Workout-
7 sets of 7 reps double kb presses with 26s supersetted with pull-ups
Done with the 3 week challenge. Don't feel like I really ended it with a bang but I'm ready to head to whatever next Jim has instore for me. I really do feel like the squats helped.....my legs look more toned and I feel like it helped my hip/back. I don't know that I feel like I got stronger on the presses/pull-ups but that is where I really lack strength.

Workout:
Today was a very tough day for me. I haven't been getting a lot of sleep lately and it and allergies and other home circumstances took a toll on me tonight. Not making excuses, just know that I need to get more sleep to perform my best!
7 rounds of 7 double kb squats 1st round with 44s 6 rounds with 35s. And then I was done. Will finish my presses and pull-ups tomorrow. Did not have it in me to keep going. Had a hard enough time with the squats which had become easier…

Breakfast:
The last of the fage yogurt with raspberries
3 turkey sausages
Lunch:
Green salad with chicken(this is mixed with a little mayo) cuc tom broc water chestnuts
grapes
Snack: 20 almonds
2nd snack: feta sausage
3rd snack: 10 more almonds
I'm thinking I really wasn't that hungry but my mind was telling me otherwise.

Turkey burger in lettuce
