Day 4 of detox:

 

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

 

small handful of almonds

 

Lunch:

Large salad with peppor., cucum., brocc., hard boiled eggs, a little cheese, peas,tom., sunflower seeds. No dressing.

 

Dinner:

Left the house at 4:00 and knew I wasn't getting back until 10 or so, so I went thru the McDonalds drive thru and got 2 burgers minus everything and a side salad with no dressing. Mixed those things together. Not…

Day #3 of Detox

 

Breakfast:

Tried black coffee today with a splash of vanilla....not good but not horrible

3 turk saus

2 eggs cooked in butter

 

Lunch:

amylou patty with brocc/caulif.

 

Workout:

Went to do the workout tonight. Have been really struggling with this chest cold. Did 4 rounds of the workout and then had a coughing fit and couldn't catch my breath so decided to call it quits for the night.

Day #2 of Sugar Detox:

 

Breakfast:

Lunch:

amylou chicken patty with brocc and cauli

WORKOUT:

large chicken sausage cut up into lettuce, celery, cucumbers,carrots, tomatoes  (if any of these things are on the no list of food I don't know because I'm having a hard time getting the link to the downloads. working on this)
