Hill sprints fasted first thing this morning.....good times!

 

Breakfast:

Smoothie: frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple, greek yogurt, spinach leaves

3 pieces of bacon

 

Lunch:

Went to my daughters school today to have lunch with her. Took 1/2 apple, jerky and carrotts

 

handful of almonds

 

Dinner:

Turkey patty with steamed brocc/cauliflower

I'm not used to posting on here so I have been forgetting to do it before I go to bed!

 

I take 8 fish oil pills a day and 2 green coffee bean extract(1 in am 1 in pm)

 

My eating has been spot on clean for all 3 days. Just going to post todays.

 

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

1 banana

coffee

 

WORKOUT:

50 box jumps

50 squats

50 ring rows

50 supposed to be dips but did push-ups on kb handles…

Green coffee bean extract

 

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

cottage cheese with blueberries

4 fish oil

 

small handful of jerky and almonds

 

Lunch:

Chicken patty with 1/2 avocado

brocc and cauliflower mix

4 fish oil

 

green coffee bean extract

 

Dinner:

left over chicken from last night

1/2 onion and 2 garlic cloves sauteed in coconut oil

brocc and cauliflower…

3-4-13

Gonna try this again.....

As others in the gym are starting their 21 day sugar detox I decided to do hard core paleo for the month of March. I really want something that is dueable and maintainable and doing the sugar detox is great but not a "lifestyle" for me. The two are similiar so it really won't be that much different. I've done hard core before and it has always paid off for me. In the last several months I have become very lax in my eating and am paying for it BIG time.…
