Warmup: 10mins of TGUs with 18lb, 26lb, and 35lb KB. 5 300yd sprints, fastest sprint 47 seconds :)

7/1/10 Workout

9 Ladders 1-3 reps. 54 presses total, mix of 26lb and 35 lb KB. 312 swings total, mix of 44lb and 53lb KB. 54 mins total. :)

6/29 AND 6/30 LOG

6/29 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 snatches both left and right and mixed in knees to elbows starting with 18 reps on those.. finished off the remaining 32 snatches for a total of 200 tried a 300 yard sprint for the first time since my broken foot.. not as quick as I'd hoped but a respectable 1minute flat..
