Second workout with Jim!

Worked on two-handed swings, dead cleans, swing cleans, and stretching.

Felt great during and after the workout. Lower back is a little sore now, but manageable.

Had to learn the hard way...



I have learned to listen to my inner voice about most things, how to read people, who to trust, etc..



I will probably never learn to listen when it comes to my own training. Part of an experimental deadlift program I am attempting included four sets of four reps with 90% 1-rep max.
